Experience
I recently earned my Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with Teaching Preparation from the University of Washington at Seattle. As an undergraduate, I had the opportunity to work as a tutor for students in several age groups. I have worked with struggling students at many levels, including elementary, high school, and college. My favorite subject has always been math and I would like to one day be a math teacher at the high school level. I understand that not everyone enjoys math as much as I do; however, I feel that if a student becomes proficient in the subject they will find more enjoyment in it. I am available to tutor a variety of math and science subjects. During my free time, I enjoy playing Ultimate Frisbee and board games. I also like to run and I watch every Seahawks game.
